Voice-overs turn your script into natural speech. They come with the Week, Creator and Pro plans.
Where to make one
Videos: in the video editor, tap the Audio tab, tap Generate voice-over and write a script.
A piece: in the editor, tap Media in the side panel, then Voice-over. It reads the whole piece. On a computer the side panel is open on the right; on a phone, tap the panel icon at the top right of the editor to open it.
Cost and limits
1 credit per 100 characters. About 9 credits for a minute of speech.
Up to 5,000 characters in one voice-over.
Up to 10,000 characters of voice-overs a day. The daily amount resets at midnight UTC.
The screen shows the character count and credits before you generate.
Stage directions are skipped
Lines in square brackets on their own, such as [B-roll of the office], are not read aloud and are not charged. Video scripts from Create use this style.
Voice-overs save to Assets as MP3 files.
