Publish a piece to your networks

Set up posts for each network with their own text, media and time.

Studio reminds you when it's time and fills in the post for you to share in one tap. It never posts for you.

Set up your posts

  1. In the editor, tap Publish at the top right. On a phone, it is the paper-plane icon.

  2. Under Post to, choose your networks: Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Threads or Pinterest.

  3. Edit the text for each network. Tap Use for all to copy the current text to every network.

  4. Under Media, choose the images or videos to include. Add them first in the Media tab of the editor's side panel.

  5. Choose Schedule and set a Date and Time in your timezone, or choose Post now to share straight away.

  6. Tap the button at the bottom, such as Schedule 2 posts or Post now to 2 posts.

Each network shows a tick when the post fits its rules, or a warning saying what to fix.

When it is time

You get a Time to post on notification. Open it, or open Publish again. Each due post shows Post on the network, such as Post on Instagram. Tap it, and Studio opens the network with your post ready. You can also tap Copy text and Download.

After sharing, Studio asks Posted on Instagram? Tap Yes, it's posted to keep your calendar and results up to date.
