Your interview readiness score

How the readiness score at the top of Interview Prep is worked out.

The ring at the top of Interview Prep shows your interview readiness. Under it you see three parts: Evidence, Sessions and Pitch. Choose How this score is calculated to read the details.

  • Evidence (35%): complete STAR stories in your Story bank and how well your resume's skills are covered.

  • Sessions (45%): up to your three most recent mock interview scores, for structure, evidence, length and keyword relevance. A session you end early counts once at least one answer is scored.

  • Pitch (20%): your saved elevator pitch, based on its length and a few text checks.

To raise it, mark more stories ready, practise a session and save a pitch.

The score is an estimate from your text. It doesn't judge how you speak, your confidence or what an interviewer will decide.
