Go to Settings → Notifications.
In-app application reminders: shows follow-up reminders that are due soon in your dashboard.
Email me on follow-up days: one email each morning listing follow-ups that are due or overdue. Your email must be confirmed to receive it.
You can also turn reminder emails off with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any reminder email.
Account emails, such as email confirmations, password resets, receipts and the reminder before Pro ends, are sent whatever these settings say.
