Downloading your resume (PDF, Word or a link)

Export your resume as PDF, Word or plain text, or share a public link.

PDF and Word

Open your resume, choose Export, then PDF or DOCX (Word). Both use the template you picked.

On your dashboard, the download arrow icon on a resume card saves the PDF without opening the editor. On a computer the icons appear when you point at the card; on a phone they're always shown.

Plain text

Choose Export, then TXT Document, for pasting into application forms.

Public link (Pro)

  1. In the editor, select the share icon in the toolbar. On a phone, tap More, then Share link.

  2. Choose Public link, then Copy.

Anyone with the link can open your resume, and it stays out of search engines. Choose Private in the same window to turn sharing off at any time. If you turn it on again later, you get a new link.

Public links stop working while your account is on Free, and work again when you're back on Pro.
