On your dashboard, each resume card has four icon buttons: pencil (edit), two squares (duplicate), bin (delete) and a download arrow (PDF). On a computer they appear when you point at the card. On a phone they're always shown at the bottom of the card.

Duplicate

  • On your dashboard: select the two-squares icon on the resume card.

  • In the editor on a computer: select the two-squares icon in the toolbar, between the disk and share icons.

  • In the editor on a phone: tap More, then Duplicate resume.

The copy is named "(Copy)" and appears on your dashboard.

Rename

Open the resume and select its title at the top of the editor.

Delete

On your dashboard, select the bin icon on the card, then choose Delete in Delete Resume?. This can't be undone.

How many resumes you can keep

  • Free: 1

  • Pro: 10

  • Lifetime: unlimited

Copies and tailored copies count toward this. Your dashboard shows how many you have next to My Resumes, for example "1 of 1 resumes". When you reach the limit, delete one or upgrade to add another.
