"Saved on this device only"

Your resume didn't save to your account because your plan's resume limit was reached.

This message shows when a resume couldn't be saved to your account because you've reached your plan's resume limit. It says something like "Your free plan allows up to 1 CV. Upgrade to create more."

Your resume is safe in this browser, but it isn't saved to your account. Until it is, you can't use it for the full Job Match analysis, AI letters or sharing, and it won't appear on your other devices.

Resume limits

  • Free: 1

  • Pro: 10

  • Lifetime: unlimited

Your dashboard shows your count next to My Resumes, for example "1 of 1 resumes", or "2 saved · 1 included · 1 over plan limit". At the limit, the new resume cards say Resume limit reached.

Fix it

  1. On your dashboard, delete a resume you no longer need: select the bin icon on its card, then Delete. Or upgrade in Plan & Billing.

  2. Open the resume that was saved on this device only and make a change. It saves to your account and the status says Synced.

Tailored copies from Job Match and duplicates count toward the limit too.
