Job Match: tailor your resume to a job

Compare your resume with a job and apply the suggested fixes.

  1. Open Job Match (on a phone, tap More, then Job Match).

  2. Under 1. Select resume to analyze, choose a resume. Its preview should say Saved resume.

  3. Under 2. Paste job description, paste the full job posting (at least 40 characters).

  4. Choose Analyze resume · 15 credits.

You get

  • a Match score

  • Keywords the job asks for, found and missing

  • Section scores

  • Suggestions to review, with rewrites that work those details in naturally

Save a tailored copy

Choose Apply all safe fixes, tick the fixes you want, pick New tailored copy (keeps your original as it is) or Update this resume, then choose Apply with the number of fixes. Choose Run another analysis to see the new score.

Your past results stay under Previous analyses, and opening one again costs nothing.

Use the whole job description, including requirements and responsibilities, for the best results. A resume marked On this device gets a free Keyword estimate instead of the full analysis.
