Three ways to start a resume

Upload the resume you have, tell your Career Story, or start from a blank page.

Choose Create resume on your dashboard (on a phone, Create in the bottom bar). Then pick how you want to start.

Upload a resume

Upload a PDF, Word or TXT file up to 8 MB. We read it and fill in your details, roles, education and skills. Review the mapped fields before you continue, then fix anything missing in the editor.

Tell your Career Story

Type or speak about your education, work and certificates in plain language, then choose Draft my resume. AI organises it into a resume and marks anything it inferred, so you can check it. Write at least a few sentences for a useful draft.

Start from scratch

Open a blank resume and fill in each section yourself.

Then

  1. Add the role you're targeting and, if you have it, the job description. This guides keyword matching and AI rewrites.

  2. Pick a starting template. You can switch templates later without losing content.

  3. Choose Open the editor.

Structuring an upload or your Career Story is free and doesn't use AI credits.
