If you're not happy with Pro, Pro Student, the Job Hunt Pass or Lifetime, message us within 7 days of your first payment for it and we'll refund it in full. The conditions:
No more than 10 AI actions used since paying. An AI action is any use of an AI tool that spends credits, such as an AI edit, a letter, a Job Match, a job analysis, a LinkedIn draft, a job import, an interview question set or answer feedback.
One refund per customer.
Credit packs can be refunded while their credits are unused.
The refund goes back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, what it bought is removed from your account, including its bonus credits.
Please message us before contacting your bank. A bank dispute takes much longer than a refund from us.
