Your brand kit shapes every draft, design and image. Tap Brand kit in the sidebar. On a phone, tap the menu button (≡) at the top right first.

What to fill in

  • About you: Brand or creator name, What you do and Audience.

  • Voice: a Voice description, Tones (type one and press Enter, or tap a suggestion), Words to use and Words to avoid.

  • Visual identity: Colours (main colour first), Heading font, Body font, Logo (tap Upload logo; a transparent PNG works best) and Image look, such as "Warm natural light, earthy tones".

  • Writing sample: paste a few paragraphs that sound most like you into Sample. Studio matches the style, not the content.

As soon as you change something, a bar appears at the bottom saying "You have unsaved changes". Tap Save changes, or Discard to undo. On a computer, the Completeness panel on the right shows what is left.

Where Studio uses it

  • Create: drafts follow your voice while Use brand kit is on. Repurpose uses it automatically.

  • Studio images: once you have an image look or colours, Use brand look adds them to the prompt.

  • Designer: layouts use your colours, fonts and logo. Once you upload a logo, a Logo button adds it in one tap.

  • Videos: captions start in your heading font with a brand colour.

  • Plan with AI and the idea generator use your audience and voice.

  • The editor's Review checks flag your Words to avoid.
