From time to time the Nexframe team gives an account a plan or extra credits, for example as a thank-you or to fix a problem.
A gifted plan
You get a notification such as "You have Creator for 30 days", and an email titled "A gift from Nexframe" with the plan, your credits and the end date. It includes AI video, Smart images, voice-overs and Podcasts, just like a bought pass. Nothing is charged, and it does not renew.
Gifted credits
They appear in Credit history as a line such as "100 credits from Nexframe". Like top-ups, they never reset.
Is the email genuine?
Gift emails come from [email protected] and ask for no payment details. Open Studio as usual and check Plan & credits to see the gift: tap the Credits box at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, tap the menu button (≡) at the top right first).
