Deleting your account permanently removes all of your content, files and settings. It cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Download anything you want to keep: open each image or video in Assets and tap Original to download it, and for each piece tap the eye icon at the top of the editor to open Preview and export.
Your plan and credits are deleted with the account. If you paid in the last 7 days and want a refund, ask us before you delete: refund requests are matched to the email on your account.
Delete your account
Tap your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings. On a phone, tap the menu button (≡) at the top right first.
In Danger zone, tap Delete account.
In Delete your account?, enter your Password. If you sign in with Google, type it in Your email instead.
Tap Delete account.
Your content and files are deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
