The full message is: "You have used today's writing requests for your plan. They reset at midnight UTC, or get more with a paid plan." You may also see "You have reached today's AI limit. It resets at midnight UTC."
Writing tools do not use credits; each plan has a number of writing requests a day instead:
Free: 10
Week: 30
Creator: 40
Pro: 100
What to do
Wait until midnight UTC (1:00 am in Nigeria), when your requests reset.
Or get a pass for more requests a day.
Meanwhile, keep editing by hand, design, make images and videos, and schedule posts. These do not use writing requests.
See how many you have used
The AI today box at the bottom of the sidebar shows today's count, such as 10/10. On a phone, tap the menu button (≡) at the top right to see it.
Settings shows the same count under AI usage. Tap your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.
A request that fails is not counted.
