What to do
Reword the prompt: one subject, one action, a clear setting.
When animating an image, try a different image or describe simpler motion.
Try a different Model: Fast, Motion, Cinematic or With sound.
See the refund
Tap the Credits box at the bottom of the sidebar to open Plan & credits (on a phone, tap the menu button (≡) at the top right first). Under Credit history, look for the line starting "Refund:".
