Making clips from an episode is free, so nothing was charged.
You may also see:
"The episode file was deleted, so clips cannot be cut from it."
"Clips can be 1 to 180 seconds long."
What to do
Open the episode and tap the Clips tab.
Tick the moments you want, and tap Create [number] videos again, for example Create 3 videos.
If the same moment keeps failing, untick it and choose other moments from the list.
If the episode file was deleted from Assets, clips cannot be made from that episode. Upload the episode again to make clips. The transcript and notes of the old episode stay.
