Common messages
"The AI writing service is busy" or "Please try again": wait a moment and run it again.
"No suggestions came back this time": add a little more detail and try again.
"Paste the full job description": Job Analyzer needs a few paragraphs, and Job Match at least 40 characters. Paste the whole posting.
"Choose a resume with your experience filled in first": LinkedIn Optimizer and letters write from your resume, so add your roles first.
"Create a resume first": letters need a resume saved to your account.
Credits taken for a failed action?
Check Plan & Billing → Recent credit activity. If you see a Used line for an action that failed, message us with the time and tool.
