Your payment reference
Every Studio payment has a reference that starts with NFS-, followed by a long code. It appears on the Paystack receipt for your payment. Keep it for any question about a payment or refund.
Your records in Studio
Open Plan & credits and check Credit history. Each purchase shows with its date, such as "Bought Week (7 days)" or "Bought 100 credits top-up", along with the credits added and your new balance.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Paystack. Studio keeps the plan, amount, date and payment reference. Paystack handles your card or bank details, and Studio never receives them.
