Every payment has a reference that starts with NFX. We need it to look up a payment quickly.
Where to find it
Receipt screen: after paying, you return to Nexframe Resume and see the reference with the amount charged.
Paystack email: Paystack emails you a receipt with the reference.
Our email: we also email you to confirm your plan or credits.
Plan & Billing → Recent credit activity: the reference shows next to the plan bonus or credit purchase.
Message us with this reference and the email on your account if anything about a payment looks wrong.
